After COVID Vaccination: Herbal Ayurvedic Home Remedies & Precautions

Our country has started with vaccines and many have not yet done so because they fear the consequences. In fact, there are some side effects, but it’s better than not doing it at all. After the vaccine, some people have a fever, headaches, body aches, and blood clots.

With basil leaves


10 leaves of tulis
2.5 cm fresh ginger
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
2-inch cinnamon
2 cardamoms
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper


Boil all of the above in 200 ml of water for 5 minutes and then drink it warm.

Pomegranate peel


1 pomegranate peel
1 teaspoon turmeric
2 glasses of water


Take 1 pomegranate peel and then add 2 glasses of water.
Boil and prepare 1/4 of a glass.
Strain and add 1 teaspoon of turmeric.
Stir well and sip throughout the day.

Cumin and fennel seeds


1 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon coriander
1 teaspoon fennel seeds
1/2 inch ginger


Boil everything and drink 3 times a day.
This will help relieve the symptoms of nausea.
Chew on 20 tulsi eaves or boil them with a little haldi, as that will help prevent fever.
Boil Giloy with Ashwagandha extract in a glass of water and this drink will help restore energy.
